New year – Smarter rebate process for our Snom Gold and Silver Partners!

One of the key pillars of our partner program is the rebate offering for our Silver and Gold Partners when purchasing Snom products.

Until now, rebates had to be claimed by uploading a proof of purchase on the Partner Portal. These documents were reviewed manually by our team,

and rebates were paid out on a quarterly basis. While this process was very secure, it was also time-consuming for everyone involved.

To make things easier and faster for you, we have worked closely with our distribution partners to introduce a new, simplified approach:

Starting January 1, 2026, rebates for all Silver and Gold Partners will be applied immediately at the time of purchase.

Our only requirement: The purchase must be made through an official Snom distributor.

No more uploading documents, no more verification steps – everything will be handled directly by the distributor and Snom.

Important transition information

• This new process was already installed at all Snom distributors  since January 1, 2026.
• Purchases made up to and including December 31, 2025 can still be submitted via the existing process in the Partner Portal until March 31, 2026.
• After this date, uploading purchase documents will no longer be possible.

All other rebates should already be reflected directly on your distributor invoice. If this is not the case, please contact your distributor directly.
